    • ➤ For your convenience, all items in the order will be shipped together and we will provide an estimated delivery schedule when the order is placed.

    • Once the shipment arrives at your nearest local terminal, we will contact you directly to plan a delivery to your home or business using the contact information you provided on the order page, with email communication being our preferred method of contact.

    • If shipping with UPS, USPS, Amazon Logistics, or any other third-party carriers, your shipping will be based on tracking details rather than being arranged directly with you.

    • ➤ Visually inspect the packaging and be sure to note any issues along with your signature on the delivery document.

    • ➤ Weekend delivery may not always be available.

    • ➤ While the majority of our orders arrive within the delivery times shown, due to multiple variables in the shipping process, shipping times can only be estimates in good faith.

    • ➤ We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Due to the impact of the pandemic, local conflicts, and certain railway accidents on the supply chain, is committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. As such, we take limited responsibility for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any late shipment or delivery, including but not limited to delays caused by the aforementioned factors.

    • If the actual delivery date exceeds the promised delivery time on the product page, customers will receive a refund equal to:

    • ➤ Refund = 0.05% x Total Amount Paid x Number of Days of Delay

    • ➤ The refund amount will be capped at the total amount paid for the order.
