What does this warranty cover?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in CarlosCasa furniture.

How long does coverage last?
This warranty begins on the delivery date. With the exception of CarlosCasa outdoor furniture, this warranty is 5 years for any structural failure of metal or solid wood caused by residential, non-commercial use. This warranty is 1 year for any failures related to soft parts and workmanship. Examples of failures covered by the 1-year warranty include threads, pipes, buttons, rubber parts, and parts that use glue as an adhesive that come loose due to residential, non-commercial use.

For CarlosCasa Outdoor Furniture, this warranty is 3 years for any structural failure of metal caused by residential, non-commercial use. This warranty is 1 year for all soft parts and workmanship related failures such as plumbing, upholstery fabric or rope features. Examples of failures covered by the 1-year warranty include threads and parts that use glue as an adhesive that have loosened due to residential, non-commercial use. Outdoor furniture covers are not covered by our CarlosCasa Limited Warranty.

What will Carlos Casa do?
For 5 years warranty against metal or solid wood structural failure, CarlosCasa will provide replacement parts free of charge with 14-24 weeks lead time. Customer is responsible for any labor and/or shipping costs for replacement parts. For 1 year warranty on soft parts and workmanship related failures, including threading, pipes, buttons, rubber parts and glued parts, CarlosCasa will reimburse local repair costs under the following conditions 1) Repair service quote is approved first CarlosCasa and 2) CarlosCasa does not guarantee the work performed by the local repair service and cannot claim further compensation if the repair work is not satisfactory.

For CarlosCasa Outdoor Furniture 3 Years Metal Structural Failure Warranty, CarlosCasa will provide replacement parts free of charge with a lead time of 14-24 weeks. Customer is responsible for any labor and/or shipping costs for replacement parts. For 1 year warranty on soft parts and workmanship related failures, including parts with threads and glue as adhesive, CarlosCasa will reimburse local repair costs if 1) the repair service quote is first approved by CarlosCasa and 2) CarlosCasa does not The work done by the local repair service is not guaranteed and no further compensation can be claimed in the event of unsatisfactory repair work.

What is not covered by this warranty?
This warranty does not cover marble, paint, leather, metal finishes, fabrics, fiberglass, foam, plywood, carpet, veneer, cushioning and coating materials. CarlosCasa furniture not expressly designated for outdoor use does not cover damage or defects caused by outdoor use. Any resulting from other abuse, misuse, or acts of nature (such as wind, floods, frozen water - including cracks and breaks from standing water in pipes), animal damage, burn marks (including those from sunlight through glass) Problem filling liquid, which can act as a magnifying glass at some point), fabric fading, staining and mildew, compression of cushion filling/fibers, and failure to properly care for furniture, including proper care and maintenance, are not covered . Consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty. Coverage ends if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture. Warranty will be considered void if the product is shipped from the continental United States and Canada.

All items marked as final sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items as they are sold as is. Final sale items are not subject to regular store policies and are only covered by CarlosCasa's 90 calendar day limited warranty. Strictly speaking, there will be no exceptions for final sale items.

The CarlosCasa limited warranty covers lighting for 90 calendar days only.
