Shipping charges will not be refunded once items leave our warehouse, including damaged or defective shipments. Shipping is calculated based on product subtotals before applicable taxes and discounts. Any additional charges incurred by the courier company will be passed on to the customer. These include, but are not limited to, orphaned postcodes (e.g. back roads, islands, etc.), missed attempted delivery fees, weekend deliveries, storage fees, additional delivery services, and other potential fees associated with the order. Once a shipping order has been set up, we will not accept any changes to the products ordered. Cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut, or outside of the United States. It is the customer's responsibility to track the order from dispatch to delivery.

After an order has shipped, upgrading to Expedited Shipping will incur a substantial surcharge for the customer, with the understanding that this arrangement will result in delayed shipment times and not always available. Expedited Shipping service is available throughout the United States. Please consult customer service for your region.
